No matter what age you are, the habits that we develop have an impact on our overall muscle tension and balance. When it comes to living a balanced life, a lot of things are entailed and will effect us over time.

Maintaining balance in our physical processes means time for work or impact, and then an equal amount of time to allow for relaxation.

Furthermore, this is something that we can’t completely do on our own. All of us need the help from others in all areas to be able to do something most effectively. Especially because our time and energy is limited from day to day, getting the most out of it is essential to being able to maintain that balance.

Just to put things into perspective,

We need others to help us relax on our down time

Whether it be a T.V. show we like to watch, friends we like to hang out with, or even a book we like to read. All of these examples include another person in the picture, which is why when it comes to relaxation, seeking the help from someone else is essential if we expect to really see a change.

I have been focusing on my craft for nearly 4 years now and I feel I am just starting to really understand all the benefits a massage provides. My passion affects the quality of work that I give, and I don’t ever want an imbalance as far as what my time and efforts are worth.

I feel my prices are reasonable in the massage industry as my goal is not to add to your stress load. Besides the mental aspect which is just as important, physical relaxation will affect all areas of your life.

My approach to muscular function is holistic. I see the body working as a whole rather than in parts.

I will take this approach in my sessions and you will in turn feel more aware of your body and it’s connection to the world around it. I look forward to the opportunity to improve both of our lives, together!
